The IONEX online shop is operated by IONEX d.o.o., Slomškova 25, SI-1000 Ljubljana, registered in the Slovenian Court Register, VAT ID SI36551058.

Users and registration

You can place an order without registering. By submitting your order you confirm that the data provided is accurate and complete.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), 22% Slovenian VAT included. The price valid at the moment of order submission applies. Shipping costs are listed in the Shipping and payment section.

Payment methods

Payment is possible by card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe or by cash on delivery.

Delivery

Delivery within Slovenia is free of charge and typically takes 1 to 3 business days. International shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Warranty

The manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty for flawless operation of the IONEX device. The expected service life is 10+ years.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Contact us at ionex@ionex.si to start a return.
