Data we process

For order processing we use your name, surname, address, email and phone number. For the newsletter and the free e-handbook we process your email and optionally your name.

Legal basis

Contract (order processing), legitimate interest (delivery and support), consent (e-handbook, newsletter).

Retention period

Order data is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law (10 years). Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Exercise them via ionex@ionex.si.

Third-party transfers

We share data only with carriers (delivery services) and payment service providers (Stripe). All operate as processors under our instructions.

Cookies

We only use technical cookies necessary to operate the site. No analytics or marketing cookies without consent.
